Fire up the Grill this Fall!

Grilled Caesar Salad with Parmesan Cheese Toasts: Slightly smoky, with a refreshing crunch, this salad is a fascinating balance of textures. Crisp romaine leaves are very lightly grilled and served with thin shavings of Parmesan cheese and thin toasts coated in anchovy oil and cheese. Lamb-Mint Sliders: Sliders are all the rage. These mini lamb sliders (mini burgers) - mixed with fresh mint, feta cheese, and chives - are moist and bursting with flavor. To make a mini burger roll, simply use a 2-inch glass or biscuit cutter to cut one out of a regular-sized burger roll. We like to serve them open faced on half a mini burger roll.
