A Spectacular Menu of Fine Italian Wine and Food

There are few professionals in the wine world more dedicated to or passionate about the relationship between Italian food and wine than Lars Leicht, Culinary Advisor for Tuscany's celebrated Castello Banfi estate. Leicht credits his culinary expertise to his Roman-born grandmother, American-raised mother, and countless chefs and home cooks he has encountered and worked alongside in the course his travels during a 24-year career with Castello Banfi. This month, Lars will be conducting a series of cooking classes at the Central Market Cooking Schools, details can be found on the events page.
