Sunrise Cabernet SauvignonThe Cabernet Sauvignon grape has been grown in Chile for almost 150 years. Sunrise Cabernet Sauvignon is admired as an example of quality Chilean winemaking, with amazing depth and character, especially considering its price. First, there is traditional fermentation of the grapes on the skins. Then, 10% of the wine is aged in French oak for 4 months, and the rest is aged the same amount of time in stainless steel. Sunrise ChardonnaySunrise Chardonnay grapes are grown near the Andes Mountains in the Central Valley, where the high altitudes and the resulting cool night-time temperature of the vineyards assure slow and steady grape development over the growing season. This allows the Sunrise winemakers to produce a Chardonnay of great character and elegance. Sunrise Chardonnay is fruity and crisp. Excellent with chicken and seafood. Serve chilled. [ Close ] 
Sunrise MerlotThe grapes for Sunrise Merlot are grown in the Central Valley, the heart of Chile's winegrowing area. The grapes enjoy a long growing season, with warm days and cool nights - a combination that favors the refreshing fruit forwardness of the grapes and the intensity of the flavors in the wine. Round and full-bodied, this Merlot is excellent with pastas and fresh cheeses. |
