Le Rime is a blend of Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay nurtured to perfection in select hillside vineyards of the Banfi estate in Montalcino, Tuscany. The grapes are gently pressed, followed by vinification “in bianco” of “off the skins” at low temperatures in stainless steel resulting in an aromatic, fruity white wine with a crisp finish.
Centine Rosso, also from Tuscany, is a bright ruby red youthful wine, intensely fruity with a lingering finish. It is a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Demurely perfumed with floral aromas, carnation-pink Centine Rosé is sophisticatedly dry with wild berry flavors and a crisp clean finish. It is made from the same Tuscan grapes as its red counterpart, but fermented without the skins, accounting for the difference in color.
Other signature wines of Banfi Tuscany are Fumaio, a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay; Col di Sasso Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon; and CollePino Sangiovese and Merlot.
