Sella Soave Classico 2005

Crisp, full-bodied; aromas and flavors of apples and pears. This is a staple wine of northern Italy, made of the Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes. Good with chicken, fish and white-sauced pasta.
- Fred Tasker - The Miami Herald - 18 January 2007

"A minerally white that’s 'perfumed and silky,' according to John Allee, wine buyer at Angeli Caffé.”
- Patterson’s Beverage Journal - December 06/January 07

Sella Soave Classico 2001

"Dry, light-bodied , no oak , high acidity.  Drink now -2 years.  Light lemon flavors buffeted by minerals are ideal with shrimp scampi."   **
- Jamal Rayyis - Food And Wine Magazine Wine Guide 2004

"Floral scents rise out of the peach and pear fruit, while the wine follows a crisp, clean line. It ends with a stony, almond flavor, ready for flounder."   88
- WINE & SPIRITS April 2003

Sella Soave Classico 2000

"A blend of 90 percent Gargenega and 10 percent of Trebbiano grapes, this fruity, fresh, crisply dry white has rich flavors and aromas that linger nicely. Medium-bodied and without pretensions, this medium-bodied wine makes a very good match to fish, seafood and chicken dishes. Packed with charm, the wine is an excellent choice for Spring and Summer drinking."   85
- Daniel Rogov - Ha'Aretz Daily - August 2002

Sella Soave Classico 1999

"...pale brassy gold with brassy highlights, and has a clean, delicate bouquet in which tangerine flowers and floral notes mingle with apple seeds, pineapple, and slight sage. On the palate it's light, with moderate pineapple fruit that flows into a clean crisp finish..."
