Winery
Set amidst 15 hectares, Trivento is a modern winery that makes use of the latest crushing and pressing technology and can vinify 27.5 million litres of wine.
The temperature control is automatic and in addition it has inert gas injection.
It has a stainless-steel tank capacity stands at 10.25 million litres, while 250,000 litres of wine can be aged in its 1,110 American and French oak barrels at controlled humidity and temperatures.
Cellar services include two 4,500 unit an hour bottling lines and a Bab in Box line that works in mechanical and manual form and a large temperature controlled chamber for storing finished wines.
To the south, lies the Mendoza River that refreshes the nights and protects against the heat of the day. The rest of the winery is surrounded by 9.6 hectares of vineyards.
